
Natasha is the founder of Matrescence India, India's first matrescence consulting and research practice. A certified Mama Rising Matrescence Coach (ICF-accredited) and Chevening Scholar, she holds a Master's in Education, Gender, and International Development from UCL, and brings nearly two decades of programme design experience across the World Bank, LEGO Foundation, and CARE India. Through The Matrescence Lens, her proprietary institutional framework, she works with hospitals, maternity units, and femtech companies to build whole-mother care systems. She is also developing India's first longitudinal perinatal mental health screening tool for the urban private hospital setting.
