1. What this platform is

Draupadi on the Dais ("the Dais", "we", "us") is a curated directory connecting event organisers, media, and the public with independently-run women speakers and experts. We facilitate introductions; we are not a talent agency, employer, or party to any booking arrangement made between an organiser and a speaker.

2. Using the site

The directory, blog, and request forms are free to use for organisers, journalists, and visitors.
You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit (Request a Speaker, Contact a Speaker, Media Opportunities, Apply).
You won't use the site to harass, misrepresent yourself to, or solicit a listed speaker for anything outside a legitimate speaking, media, or professional opportunity.

3. Speaker profiles

Applying to be listed doesn't guarantee approval — every profile is manually reviewed (see How We Verify).
Speakers are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their profile and can request updates or removal at any time.
We may remove a profile if information in it becomes inaccurate, unverifiable, or is reported as misleading.

4. Bookings & arrangements

Any speaking engagement, fee, travel arrangement, or other agreement made after we connect an organiser and a speaker is strictly between those two parties. We are not responsible for a speaker's availability, performance, conduct, or any dispute arising from a booking.

5. No warranty

The site and directory are provided "as is." While we manually review every profile, we can't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every claim on a third-party profile is exhaustively verified beyond what's described in our verification standard.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Draupadi on the Dais is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any arrangement made with a speaker found through it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
