Iti is the founder of Thinkhall, a SkillTech platform built on the premise that skills, not degrees, will define the future of work. Through Thinkhall and its AI-powered hiring platform VRecruit, she is building infrastructure for companies to identify, hire, and develop skilled professionals. Thinkhall has been recognised as a Top 5 and Top 20 Diversity Startup for six consecutive years from 2019 to 2024. Alongside Thinkhall, she founded Women Entrepreneurs For Transformation (WEFT), a not-for-profit platform supporting women entrepreneurs, and created the Red Dot Initiative, a grassroots effort that has helped rescue and support over 700 women facing domestic violence. Her work has been recognised with the Economic Times 40 Under 40 HR Emerging Leaders award, Social Leader of the Year at the Indian Business Women Awards, and a feature in the Levi's global campaign "I Shape My World." As a speaker, Iti addresses the future of work, SkillTech and talent intelligence, women's leadership, entrepreneurship, and diversity and inclusion.
