
Swarnima is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at **Gytree** - a complete ecosystem for women's health. She is leading growth and product. She is the Curator of FemmeCon- India's first women's health festival. She previously founded **TheaCare**, a women's health advocacy platform which bridged the gap between doctors, healthcare policy-makers, FemTech researchers and end users. She is a Women Deliver alumni, AstraZeneca Young Health Program Scholar, and advisor with Unilever's Dove Self-Esteem Project, focusing on the digital future of female health through these platforms. She also founded, and is currently advising Sophie Fellowship, an initiative to equalise women's participation in STEM. Swarnima is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper with the New Delhi Hub, co-leading projects on mental health and digital up-skilling of young women from under-resourced communities. She served as Impact Officer and then Curator, leading projects on setting up Community Libraries, and Mental Health at the Workplace. Swarnima writes widely on gender and health and has published with Simon & Schuster, World Economic Forum's The Agenda, The Times of India (Print) and various other noted digital platforms like SheThePeople, Health Collective, Women's Web & more. She has been a development professional with a deep focus on women's health, sanitation and housing, associated with several multilateral and global organisations, including United Nations in India. She is a FemTech evangelist, female health consultant and a strong voice for Women in Tech in South Asia.
