Sobhitha is an engineering leader with experience across virtualisation, security, CRM, server, storage, and SaaS. She has built and scaled high-performing teams across organisations including Wipro, McAfee, EMC, and Dell Technologies. At Salesforce, she heads the Quality Engineering team for Agentforce Service, India, leading globally distributed and cross-functional teams with a focus on scalable enterprise delivery. Outside her core role, Sobhitha is a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, Advisory Committee member for GHCI 2025, and Regional Lead for the AnitaB Bangalore Chapter. She mentors women professionals and students across technical communities.
