Manisha is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Value 360 Communications, one of India's top PR and integrated communications agencies. A film-student-turned-journalist-turned-PR professional, Manisha began her career with Hindustan Times before moving into communications as Director at Precision PR & Media. She co-founded Value 360 in 2007 alongside Kunal Kishore and Gaurav Patra, building it into a 250+ person powerhouse with offices across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other cities. Under her leadership, Value 360 has steered communications for over 120 brands — from early-stage startups to unicorns and global enterprises including campaigns for Paytm, Tata Motors, Kia, Marico, and Miss World India. Manisha holds a postgraduate degree in Development Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from MBICEM, IP University. She is recognised across trade journals and industry bodies for her contributions to the evolution of PR in India, particularly her pioneering focus on startup communications during India's internet boom. In 2025, she was appointed Executive Director of V360 Group.
