Sohini is the Director of Practice Transformation and Operations at Veritas Legal, one of India's leading law firms, where she leads the integration of artificial intelligence across both the practice and business of law. She specialises in legal technology, AI adoption strategy, workflow automation, and change management within the legal sector. With over 16 years of experience spanning law practice, academia, and technology consultancy, Sohini previously founded Lexo Consultancy, where she worked with marquee law firms including Trilegal, Wadia Ghandy, and IndusLaw — conducting software audits, building custom GPTs, and advising on AI integration. She is also a Founding Member and Head of Growth at Axara AI. A PhD candidate at Amity University Mumbai with a foundational degree from Gujarat National Law University, her research focuses on predictive modelling in judicial sentencing — work that drew recognition from the Honourable Justice Surya Kant of the Supreme Court of India at a national conference on legal technology.
