Priyanka is Deputy Director, FP&A Category Lead (South Africa) at PepsiCo, based in Hyderabad. A gold-medallist Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, 91% in Financial Reporting), she has spent over a decade in corporate finance and FP&A, with prior roles at Thomson Reuters, Deloitte, KPMG, and Providence India. At PepsiCo, she has led rolling forecasts and AOP scenario modelling for AMESA markets, delivered multi-million-dollar savings through pricing and procurement strategy, and partnered directly with CEOs and CFOs on enterprise-wide financial planning. A significant part of her growth has come from learning to lead people as much as numbers — understanding that the best financial outcomes are built on teams where individuals are seen, supported, and able to play to their strengths. She brings the same rigour she applies to financial planning to how she thinks about people: with patience, adaptability, and a belief that investing in those around you is as important as investing in outcomes. She was a panellist at the 44th Edition of the India CFO Summit 2026, speaking on building resilient enterprises, and was recently featured in Decoding Draupadi's Brand Manager Series, where she spoke about trust-building in stakeholder negotiation, resilience learned through her upbringing by a single mother, and the difference between fulfilment and functioning under pressure in high-performance careers.
