Preeti Prada Panigrahi works at the intersection of climate systems, democratic governance, and the futures of India's most excluded communities. As Director, Programs and Partnerships at the Socratus Foundation for Collective Wisdom, she has spent two decades building systems that most institutions only study: urban governance for communities without tenure, circular-economy transitions for workers without safety nets, and climate-adaptation strategies for cities that global frameworks routinely overlook. Her current work includes developing a Circular Economy Investment Thesis for catalytic capital deployment across Indian states, sitting at the intersection of political economy, subnational governance, and climate finance. She has contributed to five national publications in the past year and carried India's frontline practice onto UN platforms, global philanthropy networks, and multi-country climate consortia. Preeti holds training in psychology, public policy from LSE, and leadership development from Harvard. Her real formation, however, has come from indigenous settlements, urban slums, and government corridors where India's future is actively being shaped.
