Neha Mathur is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of HYRGPT, a Generative AI multi-agent platform for talent acquisition that helps organisations reduce time-to-hire and improve recruitment efficiency. She brings over 21 years of experience in large-scale operations and corporate strategy, with an earlier career spanning Marriott International (Marriott Management Development Program, later Resident Manager), General Manager roles at Beverly Park by The Ascott Limited and Della Adventure and Resorts, and a leadership role at Sterling Holidays overseeing the Rooms Division across 2,143 units nationally. She holds a hospitality management degree from the University of Huddersfield (in conjunction with IHM Aurangabad) and completed the Berkeley Executive Program in Management at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She has been recognised among the Top 50 Women Founders in HR Tech (APAC & MENA) and as one of Inc Magazine's Top 10 Most Inspiring Women to follow. Neha is a frequent speaker at forums, colleges, and universities on artificial intelligence, generative AI, and entrepreneurship, and has been featured as a speaker at eChai Ventures events in Pune.
