
Kritika Khurana is a Clinical Nutritionist and Founder of Nutrition with Kritika, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals improve long-term wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Delhi and an M.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition from London. With over six years of experience across India and the United Kingdom, Kritika has worked at the intersection of clinical nutrition, behaviour change, and preventive healthcare, supporting individuals in navigating lifestyle-related health conditions with practical and personalised approaches. Kritika specialises in women’s health, sustainable habit formation, and the prevention and management of lifestyle-related conditions. Her work focuses on translating complex health and nutrition science into actionable strategies that fit seamlessly into busy, modern lives. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to better understand their bodies, hormones, and health beyond restrictive diets and quick-fix wellness trends. A notable part of her professional experience includes contributing to the United Kingdom’s National Diabetes Prevention and Weight Management Programmes, where she supported evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing chronic disease risk and improving population health outcomes. This experience has strengthened her expertise in behaviour change, preventive health, and long-term lifestyle modification. Beyond one-to-one practice, Kritika is an experienced speaker and facilitator who enjoys creating engaging, inclusive spaces for meaningful conversations around health. She has delivered workshops for urban Indian women on hormonal health and sustainable wellbeing, facilitated multiple corporate wellness sessions, and spoken at Hindu College as a panelist for the discussion “Are We the Sickest Healthiest Generation?”, exploring the paradox of rising health awareness alongside increasing lifestyle-related disease.
